congrats is digs my heart font cut at 1'' and welded cut in yellow, then shadowed and cut in seaside. the words were adhered with my 1.5 xyron
scallop is cut at 2.75'' p
circle cut at 2.5
The circle is adhered to the scallop with xyron perm. adhesive
the duck is cut from WC - icon is adhered with the xyron to the circle
then the layered scallop is adhered to the right side of the card only
using 5.75'' x 4.25'' rectangle and the liner from WC the inside is lined in seaside
liners were adhered with glue glider pro. perm adhesive.
card was inked with colorbox cat's eye luxe metallics
